 Welcome to my blog!

I have been working in the clinical research industry and have seen many cases of how our health can deeply affect our quality of life. Moreover, I am a strong advocate of going back to basics and identifying the root cause of lifestyle diseases that increasingly plague our modern lives.

In fact, some of these diseases were almost unheard of in the past. Could it be due to our habits and lifestyles, including our diet and how foods are processed that have resulted in such diseases?

I hope that the topics in my blog serve as a one-stop centre where you can find useful tips. Please feel free to also share your experiences so that everyone can also benefit.
